Make money bookmarking web pages you did not even write

It can take up quite a lot of time writing articles and submitting or publishing them to ad revenue sharing sites in your efforts to earn some extra income online. Then, it doesn’t end there – to get a decent amount of traffic to your articles you have to be active in the community of the online writing sites you have joined, and use social bookmarking sites like twitter, facebook, stumbleupon, digg and reddit to get more people noticing your articles, visiting the articles, and hopefully clicking on the ads if there’s something in the ads that interests them. To get a decent amount of traffic, a writer may join quite a few social bookmarking sites and, once an article is published – whether it be on the writer’s own blog or … Read entire article »

Just how determined are you to make money online or from home?

The article that was written about us that appeared in the Go! local free weekly had quite a few errors (that probably only we were aware of) including the wrong link to our website address. Our main web address is 1pic4twenty.co.za The whole aim of the article was meant to be that it’s possible for anyone to make an income online (if they have Internet access) if they are only determined enough to try hard, and work hard, and LEARN LEARN LEARN. You want to make money; you need a job; you’re searching for ideas on the Internet on a friend’s computer or at an Internet Cafe – or perhaps you don’t even have the money to spend even an hour online at an Internet Cafe, and some kind soul or friend is showing you this. Or you’re involved with a charity that is helping others become self-employed, and you’re looking for ideas. Ok, so this blog post is not really, then, for those who already have their own computers, and access to the Internet. It’s for people who are pretty desperate: perhaps you don’t have a car? perhaps you are sharing a house or flat with somebody … Read entire article »

Why do people want to work for us?

WHY DO PEOPLE THINK WE ARE A LARGE COMPANY? From time to time we get an email job application or enquiry, from people looking for work, and who want to work for us. The reply we send them usually looks something like this (but in future, we will probably just send job seekers to this page you’re on now): Dear job seeker Thank you for contacting us. The contents of your CV and cover letter are good, but we have never yet offered anyone a job with us. It’s just two of us, working from home as freelancers. And we’re happy to continue working with just this little two-man staff. You’re not the first to contact us looking for employment. We think that perhaps just because we have some websites and blogs, and a bit of a … Read entire article »
