The importance of using good grammar in comments

Why is it important to try use at least fairly good grammar when making comments on blog posts? Exposure exposure exposure! It is not at all selfish to try and get some exposure for yourself when leaving comments on the blog posts of other people. If you leave a decent comment for another person, and especially if that comment is fairly lengthy, you are not only helping that person (who wrote the blog post) gain more exposure, but are gaining more exposure yourself too. Your profile link is displayed, or a link to your own website or blog.
