TnT WEB DESIGN SERVICES GOOD NEWS AND BAD NEWS

A warm hello to all our web design clients!

This is important information for potential NEW WEB DESIGN CLIENTS too.

We have GOOD NEWS and BAD NEWS!

The bad news:
our prices are going up!

The good news:
They’re only going up on the 1st of March 2010!

So if you have any alteration requests, or want new pages added, try
and get your requests in asap and before the 1st of March. We’re not
closing for Christmas.

Tell your friends too, that if they’ve been thinking of getting a
website, need some alterations done to an existing website, or want a
complete re-design of an existing site, to try and get hold of us
before the 1st of March – if they would like to take advantage of our existing web design price.

Notes/more:

The new prices will be posted to our site and/or blog by mid February
at the latest. We aim to still keep our prices low, but not as
ridiculously low as they are now (R200 per page with many extras thrown in for free). We will probably still be cheaper than 90% of other similar service providers, and will still give excellent service.

We have not put our prices up since starting our web design business
22 months ago.

We are proud of all our websites designed and have enjoyed working
with all of you (nearly 30 now). We have also been pleased
and proud to offer excellent services at ridiculously low prices, even
though it’s been difficult -

Most web designers charge more than double what we charge, and many of them as much as 4 times or 5 times more! Then, they still charge extra for what we’ve been tossing in for free.

It’s been fun, hard work, but fun, and we’ve loved being known as the
web people who go the extra mile for clients. But we can’t go on like
this. We’re struggling along financially, while working our butts off
to do our best for our clients. Other designers/writers/photographers
are charging much more than we do, and delivering the same or similar
services/work. We wanted to build up our portfolio first before
putting up our prices.

We now have an impressive portfolio behind us, and many of our
clients’ sites are being found on page one or two of Google.co.za for
various search phrases and search terms – mostly due, we feel, to the
free basic SEO we’ve been tossing in.

We have also done lots of writing and photography work, for our web
design clients and also mostly writing work for International clients
via an online freelance site called oDesk – please visit our oDesk profile to see our comments/feedback from International clients -
scroll ever so slightly down and click the blue link that says see all
work history and feedback.

Also, please browse through our site or blog, which have both developed nicely, and are full of all sorts of information, ideas, articles, and more – on a variety of subjects.

For the past 4 months, on and off, we’ve been no.1 on Google.co.za for
the search term “web design” – this is through lots of site-relevant
text content on our pages and good meta tagging in the coding of our
sites (which we do for our clients too) and through getting backlinks
from other sites (which we encourage all our web design clients to do
too – leave that website link of yours all over the place! – the
better places to leave it are on websites or blogs that have similar
content to your own site.)

We thank you for your support, and hope to continue working with you
when you need us to.

May you all have a blessed, fun, relaxing and safe festive season!
- we’ll be working, don’t forget, so get in those alteration requests
or any other work requests asap!

Regards,

Terry and Tony
